Boosting My Confidence

Hey everyone!

I wanted to chat about something that boosts my confidence and makes me feel better: dressing well.

And no, I’m not talking about going all out with something glamorous or chic. Sometimes, it’s all about those casual or sporty looks that just make you feel amazing. You know that feeling when you put on a dress that just flows perfectly and makes you feel like a million bucks? I love that! Dresses can be versatile – from a breezy sundress perfect for a summer day to a little black dress for a night out. But let’s not forget about jeans! Pairing a great pair of jeans with an elevated t-shirt is my go-to look. It’s comfy, stylish, and perfect for any casual outing.

Sometimes, I’ll put on some tinted sunscreen to give myself a little boost. It’s like a two-in-one deal: protecting my skin while giving it a nice, even glow. And when I want more, a touch of makeup can add color and vibrancy to my face. It’s amazing how a little bit can make such a big difference! Let’s talk about hair. I love having volume in my hair, but with this humidity, it can be so tricky! It feels like no matter what I do, it just doesn’t cooperate. But hey, I’ve learned to roll with it. Trying out different volumizing products and hairstyles is all part of the fun, even if it’s frustrating sometimes. And when my hair looks good, I can conquer anything!

At the end of the day, what makes me confident is finding and embracing my personal style. It’s not about what’s trending or what others think looks good; it’s about what makes me feel awesome. Whether rocking jeans and a cute tee, sporting a casual look or dressing up a bit more, the right outfit can change my mood and boost my confidence. Dressing well isn’t about impressing others – it’s about feeling great in my skin. It’s a way to express myself and show the world who I am.

I can confidently face the day and smile by paying little attention to my outfits, makeup, and hair.

What makes you feel good and confident?  Is it clothing, makeup, good hair, or just getting out of bed and going?

Be happy, healthy and safe!  (and looking incredible at the same time)

  1. I recently started wearing makeup. Well more than usual. Before it was just blush and mascara. but I’ve been inspired to not look so “blah” and I am loving the new look. It has helped confidence
